Who it's for

Built for businesses that want order without the overhead

Enough for a single shop, and still a good fit as you open more branches.

Shops and souvenir stores

Per-item selling prices, multi-level units from carton to piece, consignment goods, and stock counts by shelf.

Restaurants and cafés

Menus with recipes: ingredients are deducted the moment a dish is sold. Restaurant tax (PB1) and service charge built in.

Growing small businesses

No accounting background needed. Record transactions as usual and the financial reports are prepared for you.

How it works

Enter it once, and every record follows

No layers of paperwork. A purchase invoice adds stock, a sales invoice reduces it, and the journal entry is created on the spot.

The usual way

  • Sales in a notebook or a POS, then typed into Excel again
  • Ingredient levels only known after a manual count
  • Financial reports wait for month end, or never get made

With Pilar ERP

  • Each transaction is entered once, straight into the app
  • Stock of goods and recipe ingredients is always current
  • Profit and loss and the balance sheet are ready any time
  1. The cashier records

A sales or purchase invoice, paid in cash, by transfer, or on credit.

  2. Stock updates

Goods and recipe ingredients move in or out at moving-average cost.

  3. Journal is posted

Cash, sales, tax, cost of goods sold, payables, and receivables, all automatic.

  4. Reports are ready

Sales, stock, profit and loss, and balance sheet, filterable by branch.

Features

From the till to the balance sheet, in one place

What a small or mid-sized business needs to sell and to keep its books.

Point of sale and invoices

A fast checkout screen, invoices for regular customers, partial payments, and receivables you can track.

Purchases and payables

Purchase invoices add stock right away, and supplier payment dates don't slip.

Accurate inventory

Stock counts, stock cards, transfers between branches, unit break-down, and consignment goods.

Recipes and bundles

Define what goes into a dish or a bundle. Ingredient usage and cost are calculated from the recipe.

Tax and service charge

VAT (PPN), restaurant tax (PB1), service charge, and rounding, set per branch. Prices can include tax.

Automatic bookkeeping

Journal, cash and bank, general ledger, trial balance, and monthly period closing.

Branches and permissions

Decide who can view, create, edit, or void what, by role and by branch.

Complete reporting

Sales, purchases, gross profit, stock movement, payables, and receivables in one menu.

Also included: Excel import; thermal receipts, A4 invoices, and dot-matrix printing with editable templates; an audit trail of every change with recovery of deleted records; automatic app updates.

Reports

The numbers you look for, in one menu

Every report can be filtered by branch, date, and type, then exported to Excel or printed. Who may open each report is set per role, including who can see cost prices.

Sales and gross profit

Summaries by invoice, customer, item, and date. Gross profit from the gap between selling price and cost.

Purchases

Summaries by invoice, supplier, and item, with the average purchase price.

Stock and inventory

Item list, stock card, stock movement, plus items in, items out, stock count, and branch transfers.

Payables and receivables

Balances by supplier and customer, open items, aging, and subledger cards.

Cash and bank

Daily cash book and cash position, plus summaries of cash in, cash out, and transfers between accounts.

Financials

General ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet. Closing a period runs checks before it is locked.

Illustration

A day at a small café

A made-up example to show the flow, not a customer story. One café, one branch, one cashier.

  1. Morning: buying supplies

The purchase invoice is recorded. Stock of eggs, rice, and coffee goes up. Purchases paid on credit go to supplier payables.

  2. Midday: serving

The cashier records orders. Recipe ingredients decrease on their own, and PB1 is recorded separately from sales.

  3. Evening: closing the till

The owner opens the sales summary by date and the daily cash book, then counts ingredient stock with a stock count.

  4. Month end: closing the books

The app first checks for anything unusual. Once it is clean, the period is locked and the profit and loss and balance sheet are ready to read.

Comparison

More than a POS, simpler than accounting software

Pilar ERP brings the two together, so you never copy data from one app into another.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Does it need an internet connection?

Yes. The app connects to the Pilar ERP server so every PC and branch sees the same data. If the connection drops, new transactions can be saved once you are back online.

Does it run on phones or Android?

Not at the moment. The app runs on Windows computers (Windows 10 and 11).

Can I use it with several branches and cashiers?

Yes. One company can have many branches and users. Each user only sees the branches and menus their role allows.

How is my data kept safe?

Each company's data is kept separate and accessed over HTTPS. Every important change is logged with who made it and when, deleted documents can be restored, and the database is backed up daily.

Can I bring data over from my old system?

Yes. Items, customers, suppliers, and even purchase and sales transactions can be imported with Excel templates. Everything is checked before it is saved, and if anything is wrong, nothing is imported halfway.

Does it handle VAT (PPN) and restaurant tax (PB1)?

Yes. VAT, PB1, service charge, and rounding can be set per branch. Please confirm your tax setup with a tax consultant.

What is not available yet?

There is no phone app yet, nor automatic bank statement reconciliation, fixed asset tracking with depreciation, or e-Faktur issuing. Cash and bank are recorded through cash in, cash out, and transfers. If one of these matters for your business, tell us during the demo.

How much does it cost?

From Rp59,000 per month for 1 branch and 2 users. The Grow plan is Rp99,000 (2 branches, 5 users) and Multi-branch is Rp119,000 (5 branches, 15 users). Every plan has the same features. For more than 5 branches, message us on WhatsApp.
